Congestive Heart Failure PreventionWashington County Health System offers a series of four Congestive Heart Failure classes that are taught thoughout the year.

Western Maryland Area Health Education Center:  The mission of the WMAHEC, a community-based organization, is to improve access to and promote quality in health care through educational partnerships with centers for higher education, community health professionals, and other vital supporters and advocates.  Several programs for youths and college students interested in health careers are provided. 

YMCA - Lifestyle and Wellness Program:  Hagerstown:  301-739-3990.  Fills the needs of many Americans whose sense of health is a continuing process, that wellness is more than the absence of sickness, and that the health of spirit, mind and body is the key.
