Healthy Choice-Physical Health, Healthy Start: Allegany County Health Department, Free Home Visiting Program for pregnant women, children and families who participate in Health Choice. March of Dimes: 301-722-5818 Maryland Breast and Cervical Cancer Program: Free breast exams, mammograms, and Pap tests for women aged 40 to 64 with limited income and no health insurance, or insurance that does not pay for yearly breast exams, mammograms, and Pap tests. Maternal & Child Health Services: Allegany County Health Department Pregnancy Testing: Allegany County Health Department, Cumberland: 301-777-5620 Prenatal Assistance: Allegany County Health Department: 301-777-5695 WIC: Allegany County Health Department: 301-724-3750; WIC is a special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children which provides healthy foods and nutrition counseling to qualified residents in eight sites throughout the county. WMHS Mammography/Breast Care Services: Western Maryland Health System Center for Breast Care (Memorial Campus) and Seton Diagnostic Center (Sacred Heart Campus) provides mammography and other diagnostic breast health services.
